Cover Page

PDF Exporter includes six built-in cover page styles. Enable and configure the cover page per template from Confluence Settings → PDF Exporter → Templates.

Enabling the Cover Page

In your template settings, toggle “Include cover page” to on.

Cover Page Styles

Six styles are built in, ranging from minimal to bold:
  • Style 1: Clean white background with a colored accent bar at the top
  • Style 2: Full-bleed accent color background with white text
  • Style 3: Split layout — accent color left panel, white content right
  • Style 4: Centered layout with logo prominent above the title
  • Style 5: Dark background with light text and accent color highlights
  • Style 6: Minimal — just typography, no background color
  1. In the template editor, enable the cover page
  2. Click “Upload logo”
  3. Upload a PNG or SVG (recommended: at least 200px wide, transparent background)
  4. The logo appears on every PDF exported with this template

Editable Fields at Export Time

Users can override the Title, Subtitle, Author, and Date fields at the time of export — useful for reports where the document title differs from the Confluence page title.
